Beth Klein joined Vital Wave Consulting in July 2007 as Vice President of Analytics. She is responsible for quality assurance of Vital Wave Consulting’s quantitative analysis, managing the quantitative analyst team, as well as designing Vital Wave Consulting’s proprietary emerging markets database.

With 18 years of experience at Intel, Ms. Klein brings Fortune 100 business management expertise and strong technical skills to the Vital Wave Consulting team. At Intel, she served as an executive manager in manufacturing, product development, quality assurance, technical support, marketing, and operations. Her knowledge of complex technical designs has a positive effect on Vital Wave Consulting’s strategic recommendations for emerging-market businesses.

Most recently, Ms. Klein served as the Chief of Staff for Intel’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing Operations. In this capacity she led development of the first comprehensive Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and managed the transition of a 750 person organization through the largest restructuring in Intel’s history. Prior to this role, Ms. Klein was the Director of Worldwide Design-in, where she created and championed Intel’s first cross-product/cross-geography technical support model to facilitate the shift from component to platform products. In this capacity, she focused Intel’s efforts on critical emerging markets. Her four-month rotation in China led to greater effectiveness and independence for local design teams.

Prior to working at Intel, Ms. Klein was an engineer at Trillium/LTX. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.
