Kathy Johnson
Business Operations Manager

Kathy Johnson joined Vital Wave Consulting in September 2008 as the Business Operations Manager. She is responsible for the development and execution of all business operational functions including finance/accounting, human resources, consultant contracts, operational processes, and IT systems/equipment.

With 13 years of experience at Intel Corporation, Ms. Johnson brings to Vital Wave Consulting extensive experience in business operations and program management. At Intel, she served as a Program Manager in the Sales & Marketing Group in charge of business operations and processes. She developed and managed a robust set of business indicators for North America and Latin America which allowed management to view day-to-day operations, analyze business trends, allocate resources, and identify potential issues.

While at Intel, Ms. Johnson also managed various programs to help ensure the organization ran effectively and efficiently. Most recently she was the operations manager for New Platform Workshops in North America and also assisted with workshops in Latin America. The New Platform Workshops introduced new platforms to a select number of customers enabling them to be Time-To-Market with various Intel launches.

Ms. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
